Thank you for inquiring about our fund
raising opportunity for your church, school, boys and
girls club or any worthwhile cause. In general, below
are the requirements that you will need to comply with
to receive special pricing for your event.
First
you will need to call us on our toll free line and discuss
in general your goals, the amount of people you expect
to participate, and in general how things work. We can
not discuss pricing at this time. You will be asked
to mail us the charities credentials, contact person,
and any other pertinent information. Once we have this
information one of our associates will contact you and
discuss pricing.
Your
charity will be able to choose up to 10 Images from
our cards-4-everyone.com site. We also have the capability
to produce cards from your images. If your church or
building is new or has been renovated for example we
can use this image and make it one of the ten. These
will be printed on a single page of heavy card stock
(at no cost to the charity) that can be carried by your
volunteers and shown to participants. You will also
receive samples of the actual cards.
Order
forms will be created showing your pricing and all pertinent
charity information.
Checks
will be collected by your people (the check will be
the donors receipt) for the full amount of the order
at the time the order is taken.
After
you have collated the orders that your volunteers have
collected, you will send the orders to us with a check
for the total amount. In about 2 weeks you will be contacted
that your order is complete and ready for pickup or
delivery.
This
is really a great opportunity for your organization
to generate some cold hard cash. It really is amazing
what can be accomplished with commitment and a little
effort. We have had organizations sell from 1000 to
8000 cards and were able to put a nice chunk of change
in the bank. since you only send us what the cards cost
the monies collected can be applied directly to the
use for which it was intended.
These
greeting cards are beautiful, and we feel almost anyone
would be glad to participate in your fund raising effort.
